Repair service overtime
I bought the Express diagnosis service on Jul 18, which promised would send the system back to me in 3-5 days. After I sent my desktop to the repair center, I was told that the motherboard and processer need to be replaced and I paid for them immediately because I really need it back for my work. However, it has been 8 days(6 business days) and the repairing process has not be completed. It seems to me that replacing motherboard and CPU shouldn't take so long. I really need it fixed ASAP so I can continuous with my job.

Some technician told me my motherboard and processor need to be replaced. And I paid over $500 for the parts and service a week ago. Today I contacted the customer service, I was told that my system still cannot turn on even after replacing the motherboard and processor. Then the technician replaced the hard drive and the system turned up.
Thus, I put forward three requests.
First, I need my old hard drive and SSD back no matter what happens. Because I have some data I cannot afford to loss. The Dell customer service told me I cannot get my old parts back due to the policy. I do not care about the policy. I paid for my old parts and I own them and I must have them back.
Second, I highly suspect that my motherboard and processer were broken. The customer service told me the system was not working even after they replaced with new motherboard and CPU. I think the technician didn't diagnose my system carefully and just charge me $560 to fix something irrelevant. Thus, I want all my old parts sent back to me. And I will not pay for unnecessary service and parts.
Third, it took so long for me to wait for a response, which is not a good news at all. I bought the Express service, but I wasted 8 days waiting for nothing because the technician cannot diagnose the exact problem with my system. I can wait till next Monday. If I cannot get it by Monday, I will ask for amends.
