Replacement laptop stolen

Question

Hello,

My replacement laptop was stolen from my front step. I am trying to give someone my police report so that I can have a new replacement laptop sent to me.

I have contacted Dell customer service but, I keep getting bounced around till I am disconnected and have to call again. This has happened six times today alone. I do not know what else to do.
