Request for a laptop replacement
Dear Sir/Madame,
I am sending this email as I'd like a laptop replacement, I bought a brand new laptop recently from the Dell website and after a few weeks of using it, it started lagging, freezing and switching off by itself, showing a blue screen and often not switching on at all. Being a student and having university work to do, it cause me a lot of stress and is also causing me delay on my university deadlines. I've tried the Dell contact centre on Whatsapp, however, it is not solving the issue at all and I am getting more and more stress. Is there any way I can return the one I have and get a replacement as it is not normal for a brand new laptop to have such kind of issue and I don't want an engineer to unscrew and break the back of my laptop as it ruins it. Can you please help me sort this out?

Thank you! We have received the required details. The laptop is 210 days old. We are unable to offer you a refund because your laptop is outside of our Dell 30 day return period. You must continue to troubleshoot with our agents. A laptop exchange can only happen after three attempts are made to correct the issue.
