Request for a laptop

Hello, my name is Luis and am from Ghana. And I bought my laptop not even up to two months and it was very new ,nicely packed in the box but Unfortunately my Dell laptop got overheat while charging,I told the them and they said it would stop. It continued overheating and I didn't  notice  that  because I went to school, when I came back and  saw  it,it was blown,our house almost got burnt and now am in need of laptop to do my programming and other stuff  buh I don't have and no money to big new one do so pleading if Dell laptop could help me out get a new one by gifting me new one  so am requesting if is possible please kindly help out  to get new one for my practical works,am lacking behind. I want Dell to help me out.
