Request for Immediate

Dear Sir,

My name is Parth, and I am writing this email to seek your immediate attention regarding an unresolved issue with my Dell G15 5530 laptop.

From the last 10 days, I have been continuously trying to connect with Dell support regarding a hardware noise issue in my laptop. Unfortunately, despite sending more than 30 emails and making multiple calls to your support team, I have not received any proper response or solution.

Whenever I call customer support, either my calls are not answered, or the call is repeatedly put on mute and then disconnected. I am also told that I will receive a callback, but no one contacts me. In some cases, I receive calls around 6 PM, but again I am assured that the team will call back, which never happens.

Your team has replaced the fan once, but even after the replacement, the same issue persists. My laptop is only 4 months old, and such problems at this early stage are extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I have lost complete confidence in the support process due to the lack of communication and resolution. I sincerely request you to personally look into this matter and help me with a replacement or refund for my laptop.

I trusted Dell for quality and service, but this experience has been very stressful for me. I hope for a quick and fair resolution at the earliest.

Is the system still under warranty?  You can look up the status at dell.com/support by service tag.  This is a 2023 model -- and if you purchased it other than direct from Dell, the warranty may have expired.  If that has happened, contact your seller for assistance.
