Request for an Alienware monitor return label?
Hello,
I am looking to initiate a return for my recently purchased Alienware monitor. However, after starting the return process, I haven't received a shipping label in my email. I'm unable to find any option to request the return label and when I contacted customer support, the automated system directed me back to the online order support page. I require assistance in requesting a return shipment label.

To receive assistance from DELL-Cares chat support, they need to first verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the DELL-Cares username. On the right, click, "Send this user a private message". Provide to them the private Dell Alienware monitor Service Tag and your private Dell order number. Note, returns are only allowed inside the first 30 days from the Dell invoice date.
