Request to cancle my return request

Need my request for return for my laptop to be cancelled, I have decided to keep the monitor. and my return status is showing assigning... Now what should i do because again my return date will be given so i need to know how to cancle my request can you please respond.

I bought my laptop 2days ago from the official dell website and when I charged it for the first time I charged it, it got really hot so hot . I thought maybe that's normal for the first time, but it's the third day and the fans are still always running and it keeps producing heat even when I'm just watching a movie. I bought this laptop for 80,000 and I don't know what to do. I thought to check for one more day but I am so worried I want to return my product or will there any chance of exchange?
