Requesting to get Dell home service

Hello,

My system is having some kind of audio and speaker issues. I contacted Dell virtual technical support they helped me in troubleshooting my issue and it was solved. I tried this multiple times but it's of no use the issue gets solved just for sometime. I also gave my laptop to authorized service center but issue is still there. Is there any home service for Dell? If yes I need one. I am working from my system and need to do a lot of calls and its impossible to do so. If any Dell authority is seeing my message please reply to it.
