Resetting difficulty

Every since I reset my dell labtop it has been stuck on 64 percent, this is an event that has been happening for a couple days now and idk what to do. What should I do?

Thank you for your message. What is the OS & system model in question here? Is the system stuck on a Windows update screen or an installation screen? Does it get to the desktop screen?
