UPS not able to deliver to obtain signature, now the computer is being returned to Dell. how can we stop the return and have it delivered.

You'll need to call Dell as soon as possible -- it may or may not be possible at this point to have the order delivered, but the longer you delay, the greater the chances the order will be returned.
