Return label did not send to me

I want to return the laptop and I filled up the form, on the website I got 
"Returns, Refunds or Replacements: You will receive a return, refund or replacement with this order." message but no return label was sent to my email.

Please help me, my Alienware m16 has an issue (WiFi does not work) and I want to return it and few days left from max 14 days.

I need a return label.
