Returning an item via DPD drop off

Hello, I am trying to return a laptop I bought few days ago (I am in the 14 days cooling off period), I requested a return on the website and chose to drop it at a dpd shop, I now have a service request number. So far I do not have any confirmation email or instructions on how to return the parcel. Is this normal? Shall I just go to any DPD collection shop? Thanks
