Returning the refresher laptop

My last day with Dell was July 11, 2025. Around that time, my work laptop was apparently due for a refresh, and a replacement laptop was shipped to me, which I received on August 5. Since I was no longer employed at Dell, I attempted to return the device by contacting the individuals listed on the packing slip. Unfortunately, my emails were not answered, and the phone number on the package was not working. In early September, I traveled overseas for an extended period and returned in December. Yesterday, while reviewing my bank statements, I noticed a chargeback dated September 25 in the amount of $1,590.87 from Dell. The laptop remains unopened in its original box, and I would like to return it and have the charge credited back to my account. For reference:
