Secure Manager password

Im trying to get into my precision laptop. I havent used it in years and forget the password I used because im constantly forced to create new passwords. Might I add that the product IS registered to me. I tried looking up the problem, only to get dumb fanboy answers like "theres no way to remove the PW(which isnt true by anymeans), get ahold of dell support". So I try online chat, only to wait and wait (probably because dell kicks you to the curb after the warranty is up, then your on your own) only to be disconnected after a long wait. Then I try calling up support, suggested by all the fine dell employees in-incognito on this forums, only to get disconnected from there. Right on, Dell!
