You'll need to call Dell for that -- it will depend on the coverage you want, the age and model of the system and on what you want covered and how (onsite, return to depot).
In most cases, the cost to extend a warranty will be about what a major repair would cost - you may be better off banking the funds and self-funding any needed repair.
