Sound profile resets automatically in Alienware command center

I have dell G3 3500.I can change audio profiles in Alienware command center and it works perfectly till app is opened.As soon as i closed Alienware command center audio profiles gets reset to default ones and sometimes when high performance mode also gets disabled as app is closed.I have already reinstalled Alienware command center and its components (Alienware OC control). Please help me anyone why this audio profile gets reset automatically as soon as i close alienware command center.As sometimes i set it audio profile to music when i listen music but as i closed it gets back to alienware audio profile and there is change in audio . Please help me someone.
