(Still) missing Dell Rewards

Hello,

Like many others, I saw many of my points ("DRP") and Dell cash (not sure if that was the exact name) vanish after the end of May update.

I saw the "mega thread" that says to wait "a few weeks", but it's been almost a full month now and there's still no update, and 20€ of my surviving rewards have also expired at the end of June (something which I already mentioned previously, in a PM discussion that got automatically closed)...

Any news on when all this is going to be fixed?
