Still missing rewards points

Question

My reward points are still missing.  Samir (who was great) had been helping me and directed me to escalate with Alienware Arena since they have all the logs of my earned points and they basically ignored me.  Really unhappy and makes it really hard to want to buy another Alienware/Dell product.
