Tax return issue

Hello.

I bought DELL display monitor in Belgium. Obtained all of the needed documents for tax return.

On 12th JUNE I was contacted by DELL Customer Service and received information my refund was completed and money was transferred to my account.

I replied that there was no transfer on my bank account and asked for transfer confirmation to check the details. I also contacted my bank and made sure that i received no transfer at all.

On 17th JUNE i received message from Customer Service that case is still ongoing and i have to wait. Now i noticed that conversation is closed and there was no further contact.

Please be so kind and provide assistance.
