The holidays
This year holiday shopping season is different from the last 5. Due to the sluggish and abysmal economy of the past The major shipping companies were not prepare and EVERYONE SUFFERS including customer care centers. New contracts need to be configured between Dell & FedEx so we all can move on from this nightmare, we are experiencing.
Please respond back to me "customer care" I would really like a realistic ETA for my computer.....hang in there ✌️❤️💯

Even under contract, no shipping company was prepared to lose 10% of its capacity due to the grounding of the MD-11. And since others also lost capacity, there's no surplus that can handle the deficit. As a result, there is currently a shortage of shipping space due to the loss of these aircraft.
