Third replacement, refund denied

I got the X16 r1 was about to get third replacement model. but decided to proceed with refund. however, Dell is now not allowing refund because apparently i failed to return the replacement model (their courier forgot to come at the booked date), and I didnt want to take another day of leave just to wait for their courier that would never come.
