to generate my warranty in to dell desktop product

​dear sir/madam,​

​ 1) this is for your kind knowledge that i have purchased 'DELL INSPIRATION 3048' pc through amazon website on the day of 14th Aug 2015. ​
​ 2) I wanted to register my invoice to your system to generate the warranty. This is for your kind knowledge that my PC is still in warranty period (i.e. 1 year) which will helps me to take benefits of free services. ​
​ 3) but there is no proper information provided to the concern department / manufacturer. ​
​ 4) when i asked DELL (the manufacturer) to provide me the free services against warranty, their system shown me that the purchase date is Jan-2015 this caused they declared me that my PC is out of warranty period. ​
​ 5)when i called DELL customer care they inform me that there is no further details provided from Amazon about my invoice, therefor they couldn't able to generate the warranty against the same. ​
​ 6)Hence i request you to update the details of my invoice to the concern department / manufacturer. ​
​ 7)for your assist i am sending you the copy of invoice through the attachment. ​
​ also expecting any other information / guidance i.e. mail address of DELL, contact number of DELL customer care. ​

Hi digoo,

Thanks for posting in the USA Customer care forum.

The Dell retail registration page says: If you bought a Dell product on eBay or Amazon, additional details may be requested to complete the transfer.

If you are not able to provide the information requested, then the warranty can not be transferred from the previous owner to you. 

Please contact Amazon for your invoice details so that you can forward that to the Dell Warranty department.  Thanks.

Thank you for posting your comments on the Dell Community Forum Customer Care Board. It’s important to note that product registration should occur as soon as possible after the initial purchase to avoid any difficulty this far after the warranty period began. 

I am happy to investigate this matter further on your behalf. Please reply to my email and provide the requested information, a copy of the receipt from Amazon, and a picture of the system service tag from your purchase.

few days back i posted my grievance on this site. i mentioned every details with the post.

yesterday i received reply from

she asked me details of my product code ect. again.

i m happy about the reply i got after so long, but the inconvenience is that there is no system i found to reply on same page-

so that i m sending the new message- but how it possible the previous issue will connect with this ?

it is really difficult to connect direct to the technical support-

i am the customer but i want very easy easy access to reach with customer care-

in short i want mail adress only i m not interested in forum discussion -

so, this is request you please provide me e-mail address of your consumer care dept-
