Trans Expedite Shipping Issue

Order placed on 11/25, build completed on 12/05. The tracking shows the shipment was picked up on 12/09. 

Originally, it was designated to be delivered on 12/12, but it got delayed to 12/15. 

I understand that since it is a high-value shipment, it requires a signature when delivered, and it is a pallet delivery due to the weight. However, a truck carrier is not good for home delivery. Trans Expedite gives very vague status updates, and it is not promising at all when it comes to the delivery date. I am the only person in the house to receive the shipment. If I left for work, the driver would face a dry run, and I can't be off from work every day just to wait for the delivery, especially when the delivery date is not promised. This delivery method is not sustainable for customers who work full-time and live alone. 

Please consider a better delivery service and value your customer experiences, Dell. FedEx offers heavyweight shipment deliveries, as far as I know. A 5,000 USD order deserves a delivery service that is more reliable and transparent. If the estimated delivery date cannot be met, it should not be presented as such to customers.

@HECalcium 100% agree that high value purchases should have a better experience.  My experience with Trans-Expedite has been horrific.  They do not answer their phones and only sometimes respond to emails.
