Trans-Expedites tracking
Trans-Expedite is the most garbage LTL shipping company in the country.
My first order of a Dell Precision 7960 Tower workstation was delayed over a week.
My second order months later, they didn't even show tracking on their site for days. They didn't even know where my package was. Shipment from Texas to Oregen took about 10 days.
It's insane that Dell uses such a bad company.

How long did you guys have to wait before you were able to get ANY tracking information on Trans-Expedites tracking page? My computer allegedly shipped on the 15th. When I click track shipment on the Dell webpage, all I get is this:

@TBJR yeah, this is common. Dell‘s delivery service is substandard, but the machine works great

@jbaharvar you are correct Dell shipping is terrible but I’ve had the Dell for four or five months now it works awesome great Machine

@txfeinbergsf9b071 For your sanity, dont even bother trying to track. It was never right and just made me mad every time it was wrong. Even after I escalated and requested an ETA, they gave me a date and then showed up unannounced a day early. Luckily, I was home as the PC was delivered on a pallet. The PC was worth the wait but it was a horrible experience waiting on a 5k machine to just show up one day at my doorstep.
