Upi transaction completed but order not executed
Dear Dell team,
Today I order Dell inspiron New Inspiring 14 5402 Laptop. I done transaction through upi , payment was deducted but order not executed. I dont know why Dell technology is not serious about their technology platform. Please guide me where I have to raise complaint.
