Urgent: Shipment Delay

I am facing a delay with my Dell order

The shipment has been stuck at the Bengaluru Transit Hub with the status "Shipment Further Connected" since March 17. There has been no movement or update for over 48 hours.

The expected delivery location is Wadakkanchery, Thrissur, and the delay is concerning as there has been no progress in tracking.

I request Dell support to:

- Provide the current status and exact location of the shipment

- Coordinate with Blue Dart to resolve the delay

- Ensure the shipment is delivered at the earliest

Kindly treat this as urgent and provide an update as soon as possible.
