Vostro 3501, order not confirmed
So I bought dell vostro 3501 from dell india on 1NOV 2020.Received email soon after saying i will soon get order confirmation.Then on the 2nd NOV received email from dell EMC saying i will get order confirmation soon, the second mail also had my order no. and customer no. But in the 2nd mail and when i check my order status on dell india, it shows the order date to be 2nov whereas i have ordered on 1NOV. Is it normal.Please confirm. Also its 3 nov today still I have not received order confirmation mail from dell. Also the customer care is not good. Its kinda wierd to wait for the order confirmation when i have already made the full payment.It was my first time purchasing with dell, and it is such a bad experience... Please help me out.//

Hmm, I had the same issue as others, mine is resolved. Private message DELL-Cares, they will surely help you.

I think everyone in india is having some or the other problem with dell, ordered DELL VOSTRO 3501 latest model, on 1 nov and its 5th nov today and still the payment haven't been processed. At least your order has moved to shipping. Dont know how much delay they will do to my delivery if they are taking this much time to even process my payment.

Hello , actually my order is out for delivery now , it should reach me in 1-4 days.
Private message DELL-Cares, they will give you link to track your order with a waybill no.
The link should take you to a third party site with whom they partnered for delivery like blue dart, then you could track your shipment though it will not be in real time.
