Walsh Western Delivery
It has been of great comfort to me recently to discover that I am not alone in experiencing problems with my Laptop Delivery.
Having ordered my Inspiron 7520 on 14/10/2013 (and making no custom changes) I was somewhat surprised, 6 days later, to see that the Laptop had been listed as "In Production" for 4 days - a state that is defined as being there for those of us that have customised our orders. No worry though - it was being built surely. On the 20/10 I received an email informing me that demand had exceeded the predicted forecast for this model an my Estimated Delivery date had changed from the 25/10 to 1/11 - again annoying (and puzzling - surely this was noticed whilst the laptop was in production 4 days earlier). Nevertheless I waited and on the 23/10 I saw that the order had been completed and referred to Walsh Western for shipping.
So began the routine of checking the Walsh Western link I had been given for news. Over the last 6 days it has simply said the following (personal details removed of course)

Could somebody please help me find my laptop? - it is already a late present and now I have no confidence in it's delivery by 1/11 - especially since there is no ETA listed with Walsh Western and it appears to have been sat in the same location for 6 days. This is the worst service I have ever had from a company - a delay is understandable most of the time - but with no explanation (or apparent effort from the service company) it is frankly insulting to have had my money taken.
