Why Dell’s customer support is so bad

I own a Inspiron 7559 which is an expensive gaming grade laptop. So recently the keyboard and all the functions started malfunctioning, along with USB ports. I went to service center they said they cant fix it without you backing up data and also data cant be backed up without USB port. So they suggested remove the HDD and put it in HDD cover and use it to backup in another laptop. I tried to, but it asked for admin access from the original pc. Even the guys at service center:
Reliable Technology C/O Karvy Ltd, #18, First Floor, Satkar Building, 79-80 Nehru Place, New Delhi Delhi IN 110048

couldn’t do it. I asked them I’ll give you another HDD just to check and repair but they refused saying its against the policy. I asked to repair the USB ports, but they refused as they said we need the HDD. They told me either forget the data or go to someone else, or go for another new laptop.

So in short, this cant be repaired and I have buy new laptop because Dell has a policy to not to touch the laptop without having the HDD, or they will wipe the data mandatorily. Insane !
