WUR request denied for G5 5500

My g5 5500 laptop's ram failed due to some uncertain reason in the mid of December 2021.

Dell replaced the ram in approx 2 weeks.

due to some error by the technician, there was a gap created in back cover in the laptop which came to notice in Feb while doing an exterior cleaning of laptop with cloth. Upon calling dell technical support, they relaced the back cover, heat sink, both fans and thermal paste. the technician also found a gap in the bracket which was created as a result of previous repair but failed to report it.

This time due to some unknown error, the G-Mode started malfunctioning. Upon turning on G-mode, the fans speed would drop to 0% instead of boosting.

Now dell remote support executive requested to perform a fresh windows installtion which was completed as per the intruction saent over by email.

Now the laptop's fan would work at 100% in G-mode as they should but they would drop to 0 speed when g-mode is swtiched off.

Now dell representative is requesting the following parts to be replaced,

-> heat sink

-> fans

-> thermal paste

-> mother board

When I denied replacement of mother board since replacement of mother board is a risky thing to be done and requested a WUR instead and they denied it and are adament to not provide the replacement of system and saying they will be replacing the parts till the time laptop comes a working conditions and not provide a system replacement instead.

Being a  computer student I require a working laptop at my disposal and cannot afford the chances of getting parts replaced over and over again.

It is requested that I either be provided with system replacement or with alternative methods to get the laptop back to the perfect condition it was before the ram failure and technician opened it for the first time starting all this problems...

I confirm that the Fan, Heatsink, Motherboard, LCD back cover, Keyboard, and Hinges will be replaced by the mail in depot service.

You can refer to this article and restore the BIOS to the default settings and then let us know if you are able turn the bitlocker on again.
