Xbox game pass

Hi got my laptop a few months back with Xbox game pass free for 1 year. But I have just noticed Xbox are taking £9.99 a month off me and when I look at my online banking direct debit there's nothing showing up . So I am very confused to how I signed up for Xbox live. Please take my bank details out my account I won't be using it 

Could I also see about being reimbursed since I never agreed to a monthly subscription. Thanks
