XPS 15 9510, indigent Dell user
They will not provide you a refund even though they provide you with a damaged product. Dell is cutting my pocket. I buy a laptop from Dell, it is refurbished XPS 15 9510, they send me a damaged product. They are not going to take responsibility. I call them 10-15 times, they send me a damaged product, but they are saying it is my fault, not they are, though I have 30 days windows to return, I claim but they are not going to give me a refund, every time i call them, they are cut my phone, Each call takes more than 25 minutes to connect the representative. Though it is refurbished it costs me 1700 dollars new is 1900, customer representative says I am poor so I buy a refurbished laptop, how a person attack me personally using such a word so I try to talk with a supervisor they are not taking my phone. they are trying to close my 30 days window to lose my refund and they are fraud people. The technician tries to put blame on me saying I damaged the product, how can I damage the inside. The technical team says I have to contact customer service, but customer service says to contact t he technical team. so that they can close my 30-day full refund window. Dell What a joke.
A few days ago Newegg send Gamers Nexus a refurbished motherboard which is actually used by Newegg, this motherboard pin was bent, When NewEgg buy this refurbished motherboard, they does not open the box and they do not need it, so it was sent back to Newegg for a full refund. Now, Newegg claims that Gamers Nexus bent the CPU pin, even though they never open the box, so they decline the refund. Newegg used it and bent the cpu pin, but they put blame on Gamers Nexus. Gamers Nexus research and find that Newegg actually cheated with them.
So same things happened to me, even though they send me damaged a product, their supervisor cut my phone and the technical team put blame on me.

Hi @AAAHabibAAA can only comment on Dell refurbished XPS 15 9510 laptop. If purchased from Dell outlet, refurbished and original systems get the first year Dell warranty. Dell provides the first 21 days Approval so that user can check that refurbished system is as advertised with no faults. Dell Refund policy, New vs Refurbished - Dell Community Please check invoice to see what Dell has stated about returning damaged refurbished systems, you may have been given first 30 days Approval, etc. because there is a very small difference between original and refurbished price.
As soon as possible, please use your Dell login to open your online Dell account (in top RH corner of XPS 15 9510 webpage). You should see your Dell refurbished XPS 15 9510 laptop listed, and can open Service Request to make a Formal Complaint. Include the text in your opening post complete with dates, give them as much information as possible complete with pictures, and ask for formal complaint to be escalated to Dell tier that can authorise your remedy. Be clear about requesting replacement laptop or full refund. Unfortunately, you will have to wait for your remedy to be authorised. Wait for Dell to collect the refurbished XPS 15 9510 laptop.
Not sure what Newegg's Gamers Nexus motherboard is or if it has Dell warranty, as this information was not provided.

I need the laptop so I send it to dell service, but they say it will take another 20 days to repair, so I want a refund because I can buy a laptop and get it within 3-4 days but they make things more difficult, the technical team says I have to contact customer service, but customer service says to contact the technical team. I have to go back and forth several times, no one gives me any solution.

No, it is not a solution, at the first place I try to keep it because I need a laptop badly but if they keep me 30 days wait why do I take a damaged product with 1700 dollars.

Why do you say it is solved, but it is not, you mark it as solved so that there will be no discussion. How a person says me poor. If even I buy one dollar product, still, I am a customer.
