Yet Another Missing delivery

Order number one went missing in transit. Money now refunded.

Place order number two and you can not make this up the laptop has gone missing in transit!!!

DHL advised via 9pm email last night that my laptop was delivered last week. I wasn’t here last week. 
I did not accept this delivery, I was not at home, and the 9pm notification timeline is fraudulent. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk remains with you until physical delivery to me is successful.

And this can be proved with our Ring doorbell. The laptop has not been delivered to me.

What is going on?
