Backup Exec 2010 and EMC Data Domain
Hi,
Typlicly using EMC backup software(Networker and Avamar) you are able to take the vmdk files backed up to the datadomain and share them out via NFS.
Is there anyone out there backing up to DD with BE2010(or newer)? I know it is supported with boost. I am wondering if you can still mount the vmdks if the backup originated in BE2010.

Should be possible once the backups are duplicated from DD to a local disk storage. Once the backup sets are duplicated, vmdk's should be visible & available for mounting.
