Data Domain Enterprise Manager
I understand that this software is bundled with the devices. I no longer have it available. Where can I download it and is it controlled by a license?

DDEM (Data Domain Enterprise Manager) is the web browser for a DD system, in recent code versions you can only manage one DD from it.
You don't need to download anything to use it, just browse to the DD.
DDMC (Data Domain Management Center) is a free application, deployed as a VM ova and can manage multiple DD systems and maintains historical data and helps with trend anlaysis and more - it's actually very good.
Although free, you need to request it via your account team on a zero dollar order and that will furnish you with a serial number to deploy and have it added to the support database to allow you to seek support if you have issues.
