DD9300 w/ OS 6.2.1.0

Can't access the admin GUI. Keep getting a 404 error "The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists."

Error persists after reboot of DD.

Any suggestions on narrowing down the problem?
