DD File System reports only half of usable space after re-install

Hi Folks,

After a rebuild DD2200 OS with 6.2.1 from USB, the system came up with only 3.6TB on the new File System with defaults. Which is only half of the expected 7.2TB. There are no errors on any of seven 2TB drives, the dg group reports as 10.92TB. I also run new FS destroy with zero and waited until it completed. The same issue persists. Running storage show all reports existing active tier 4.1 TiB, how is this possible after zero all drives?

sysadmin@localhost# storage show all
Active tier details:
Disk Disks Count Disk Additional
Group Size Information
------- ---------------- ----- -------- -----------
dg0 1.1-1.3, 1.5-1.7 6 1.8 TiB Expandable
(spare) 1.4 1 1.8 TiB
------- ---------------- ----- -------- -----------

Current active tier size: 4.1 TiB
Active tier maximum capacity: 16.4 TiB

Storage expandable disks:
Disk Disks Count Disk Enclosure Capacity Additional
Group Size Model License Needed Information
----- ---------------- ----- -------- --------- -------------- ------------
dg0 1.1-1.3, 1.5-1.7 6 1.8 TiB DD2200 7.3 TiB 4.1 TiB Used
----- ---------------- ----- -------- --------- -------------- ------------

What else can be done to wipe all previous data and reclaim the space for the new FS? Thanks!

Well, I found out the issue I experienced is specific to the DD2200C model that comes with a capacity-on-demand license model and capped at 3.6TB initially. https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-ca/482304 The only thing I am pretty sure mine is regular DD2200. Can it be USB image related used for the re-install? What is the correct way to identify DD2200 with DD2200C? Thanks.
