DD9500 Disk Absent

Hello,
I have disks 1.3 and 1.4 that have gone missing.
I changed the disks, but nothing, not even a blue light.
So dg0 is degraded and the array shuts down every 72 hours.
I am running version 6.1.
Do you have any ideas?
