DDBoost for SQL

I am running DDOS 6.1.0.11-571028

I am setting up DDBoost for EA (MSSQL). I have some questions.

I have setup Mtree replication, but it only looks like it replication once a night. Where can I make sure that is replicating as soon as backups are complete.

Is it better to have the Lockbox saved to a share? We will have multiple SQL servers backing up.

Does DDBoost for EA support parallel backups?

I have hear someone using Data Protection Advisor to get reporting around backup and replication of DDBoost for EA. What reports would be recommended?
