I must say calling almost everything in the data protection range "power protect" nowadays and the re-branding of various products, makes for difficult searches in Dell's KB at times... especially if searches in the KB then return hots that don't seem to be related to the product in question.
So what are you even using exactly to get an idea what you are even trying to do?
