Job Summary Report

Hi,

When a backup server is selected and a report card is run it produces a report line for every client. Doing the same for job summary, it produces the report at the backup server level not the client level. Is there a way to produce the job summary report at the client level other than by selecting each client individually (not practical)?

Thanks

Hi,

The Backup Job Summary report is designed to return one row for each node that is selected (whether that be a folder, a backup server or a client). If you want it to return one row for each backup client then it would require a custom report to be written. You would need to modify the existing Backup Job Summary report and modify each of the data sources so that they were grouped by Server and Client. You would then need to go through each operator and make sure the Server and Client fields weren't dropped. This report should then display a row for each Client.

If you need assistance in creating any custom reports then Professional Services can be engaged to write them for you.

Kind Regards

David
