Report showing wrong units
Hi All:
I created a Media Count report with and added field that shows the quantity of volumes based in a condition. The newly added field has "unit" fixed to 1.
Nevertheless, the values on the Media Count column are shown based on units = 1000 (in the column header shows "Media Count (k1)")
So, I have 453 volumes showing on the report as 0.4. When I export it out as a .csv, I can see the value as 0.453.
I noticed this is happening when any of the values goes over 999. I guess the report is setup to automatically swicth to = 1000, when values are over 999, but that is highly undesirabled for my report and I wonder if it is possible to fix unit = 1, despite the values shown.
I would appreciate any help in this regard.
Thanks

In the Report Editor (not the Report Item Editor), if you're on the "detailed table" or something similar, look at the "table data" icon (it looks like three stacked disks to me). In the box that opens with that icon, you can set the range you want for a field, such as, in your case, 1's, not 1000's, probably. (I'm more used to locking down MB instead of TB, but the idea should translate.)

Hi Nick:
You did it man. It was setup for automatic and I did not realize thet by clicking on that field I could change the units.
I set it for 1 and it is working for me.
Thank, much appreciated your help.
