Inspiron 3910, uninstall ALL preinstalled Programs and Apps?
Inspiron 3910
Can I uninstall ALL preinstalled Programs & Apps on my New Inspiron 3910 Desktop without hurting my New Desktop? As I do not like these 6 Programs and 4 Apps? Basically that I never plan to use. Running Windows 11 64 bit 22H2 Operating System, OS Build 22621.2070.

You can uninstall apps that you have no use for. Be cautious with apps from Intel and Microsoft, as some other apps that you use may be dependent upon them. If you're not sure, google them to learn more. But, sure, most preinstalled stuff can be uninstalled, as many are just trial apps.
When I acquire a new PC, I normally perform a clean install of Windows, which may be less work than uninstalling and disabling things individually. So, that is another option for you.
You could use the system for a few days when you receive it and try out the apps to decide which you might want to keep.

@filbert has a great point! With every new PC I purchase, I perform a clean install of Windows. That ensures that you have only the OS and apps that you want and none of the bloatware.
