runtime debugger?

I contracted a malware virus, which was subsequently cleaned/fixed by TrendMicro.  In the process several files were deleted that I am now prompted to re-install.  When I boot I get this message:  file: hpqthb08.exe - "Application has generated an exception that could not be handled."  I am given the option to terminate or to debug.  When I attempt to debug, I get the message:  "Registered JIT debugger us not available. An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2(2). Please check computer settings.  cordbg.exe !a 0xac8.  Evidently this cordbg.exde file is also missing.  Reinstalling these files is not part of what TrendMicro offers.  I was advised to contact Dell as to the re-installation of these files.  Does anybody know where I might locate these files to re-install them?  Thanks.
