Hi ctilley465,

Can we validate within the BIOS that TPM is both on and set to "Active"?

We do have a few open items with newer versions of Windows 10 and Dell's BitLocker Manager. Can you check the suggestions in these KB articles:

If that fails, it may be best to open a ticket with our ProSupport for Software agents if you have an active Prosupport for Software contract:
