Frustrated...Windows 10 1709 will not install no matter what
I have tried everything on the best practices info and I cannot get some of the endpoints to upgrade. I have tried to uninstall and I get an error uninstalling as well. I am using the WSProbe -Z like it says. I used a USB ISO with the Setup.exe /reflectdrivers "C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption\DDPEDrivers". Nothing is working. I am getting very frustrated and I am having to keep these endpoints for days and its preventing the users from working. I am running 8.17.2.4. What am I doing wrong? I have about 30 more of these to do.

Hi donnaroehrig,
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the Windows 10 Feature Update, we have seen several issues with Common Encrypted files potentially halting the Windows Feature Update process. Can you validate that you have the exclusions defined in our Windows 10 Feature Update best practices articles in place? you can find those here:
http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/sln298382
Have you opened a call with our support teams? If so, could you direct message me the Service Request number? we can review the ticket and ensure you have the information you need to proceed.

Yes I have a Service Request in. I do have the exclusions added to the Common Encrypted Files (although just learned of 2 new ones to be added and was not told about). This is my SR# 962375425
