old laptop, hdd locked out, no solutions

hi, I have a pretty old laptop, it is a latitude e6430.

A couple of years ago I protected the hdd with password. Now i want to use my laptop again, but I forgot the password.

The dell support can create a reset code from the HDD, but:

I have tried with the online chat, the told me they cant help, because I am out of US, they give me the hungarian support number:

I called them, but they cant help, because I dont have guarantee on this old laptop so they told me I have to call their official repair partner.

I have contacted with the official repair partner, and they told me that I have to call the hungarian customer center (which i have called originally). What can i do now?

It is ok, that I dont have guarentee on my laptop, but it is still a dell product...
