Potential vulnerability with Dell customer data protection and security
Hi,
I want to report an issue with customer data privacy and protection.
I was currently dealing with some issues with my Dell laptop and I contacted the Dell chat supports number +1 (512) 790-1493 as per Dell’s website.
The ticket was raised and agents were working on the issue.
However, I received a whatsapp message from an unknown number- +91 77607 35960 claiming to be from Dell Technical Support and they know that I am currently having issues with my system.
My problem is how the scammers get to know Dell’s inside information and customer data and that I was currently having issues with my system and that I have contacted dell.
I am worried of customer data privacy and protection. Kindly take action and provide an update on the same.
I don’t know the channel to report this issue. Hence posting it here for some Dell authorities to take notice.

This number <Private data removed from public view. DELL Admin> also messaged me daily with the issue of my laptop.
