14 Plus DB14250, need support
Any suggestions on how to escalate an ongoing problem with my laptop. I am stuck in the chat support doom loop that is going nowhere. I then called and spoke with a tech, he tried some things and sent me an e-mail asking for feedback which I provided. No response at all. I even e-mailed his supervisor, which was an option in the e-mail and no response there either. Only thing that is certain from Dell support is that they won't refund my money. Any suggestions?
