Hello, I'm having problems with my laptop, when I power it on it says Invalid configure information please run set up program. Before that it also says time of date not set, please run Set Up program

 

Dell online said to press F2 when turning on the computer and click on Load Defaults.

 

I did that but now it says Restore Settings and I have to choose Factory Defaukts kf BIOS defaults. Which one do I choose? 

 

previously my laptop was asking for a Bit locker recovery Key but when I turn it on now this is what I'm dealing with.

 

I don't want to select the wrong one and lose all of my laptop information that I currently cant access.
